M series gear speed reducer for internal mixer is a high-precision, heavy-load hard-toothed gear transmission core component specially designed for the closed rubber mixing machine (mixing machine). The gear is made of high-strength low carbon alloy steel by carburizing and quenching. The hardness of the tooth surface may reach HRC58-62. All gears adopt a CNC tooth grinding process.The gear box adopts a parallel cylindrical gear reduction structure. The motor drives the input shaft, through gear reduction and power distribution, the power is transmitted to the rotor shaft of the mixing machine via two output shafts through coupling, driving the rotor to perform rubber mixing.
