Product Description
The brazed plate heat exchanger is a new type of high efficiency heat exchanger which is assembled by a series of metal sheets with a certain corrugated shape. Its plates are formed from stainless steel 304/316 .
A thin rectangular channel is formed between the various plates, and the heat is exchanged through the half piece, and it is compact, small in size, easy to install, and can withstand high temperature and high pressure, which is the same as the conventional shell-and-tube heat exchanger. In the case of flow resistance and pump power consumption, the heat transfer coefficient is much higher, and there is a tendency to replace the shell-and-tube heat exchanger within the applicable range.
